•      Have all loose and breakable items stored away safely as to prevent accidental damage.

•      Carpets need to be pre-vacuumed before cleaning to remove loose soils.  This enables us to give you a more thorough cleaning.

•      We start by applying a pre-conditioning detergent to loosen soil from the carpet fibers

•      The next step is rinsing the carpets.  We use 200+degree water under high pressure to rinse all detergent as well as soil from the carpet.  All the while, our very powerful vacuum is removing the water, detergent and soil from your carpets and your home.          

•      Once that step is completed, a final grooming is performed to reset the carpet fibers back to their upright position.  This step is performed with a carpet rake.      

•      At this time we would apply  protector to your carpets if you have chosen this highly beneficial service.   

•      The only thing left to do now is allow the carpets to dry completely and enjoy the fresh new start your carpets have received.  Drying times can vary a great deal depending on many different things: the weather outside, airflow in your home and the amount of cleaning your carpets require.  A constant supply of fresh air in your home will always work the best for drying your carpets and preventing condensation from collecting on windows and walls.
